Raspberry and chocolate chip cookies

They’re a great way to surprise your loved ones this Valentine’s Day! With the fresh taste of raspberries and full of chocolate chips, these cookies take the classic chocolate chip cookie to the next level.

Approximate times: 10 min preparation 10 min baking time


125 g de mantequilla al ambiente
½ taza de azúcar blanca
2 huevos
1 cucharadita de vainilla
2 ½ tazas de harina blanca
1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
¼ cucharadita de sal
1 taza de trozos de chocolate (puedes utilizar cualquier tipo de chocolate para repostería, ya sea en barra troceado o chispas), que no sea muy dulce
1 ½ taza de frambuesas congeladas


Preheat oven to 350°F (or equivalent 180°C). Mix (by hand or in a mixer) the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla and continue mixing. Add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix again. Add the chocolate chips (or chocolate chips) and frozen raspberries, mixing gently with a spatula so as not to crush the raspberries.

With an ice cream scoop (if you don’t have one use a tablespoon) place balls of dough, of the same size, on a cookie sheet, leaving a small space between the balls so they don’t stick together when baking. Bake for 10 to 12 min. When they are ready, let them cool before removing them from the tray.
